Using the website
These terms apply to use of the All Minds Club website
and purchases made through it. By placing an order, you
agree to provide accurate information required to
process and deliver that order.
Products
We aim to describe products accurately. Screens,
photography and production methods can cause small
differences in colour or appearance. Product-specific
garment, fit and fabric information should be reviewed
before ordering.
Made-to-order production
All Minds Club apparel is produced for the order rather
than held as large quantities of finished stock.
Production therefore forms part of the delivery time.
Prices and payment
The price displayed when an order is placed is the price
charged, subject to any automatic promotion or other
adjustment shown before payment.
Bundle & Save
Where eligible, the current automatic tee offer is:
2 tees save 10%, 3 tees save 12%, and 4 or more tees
save 15%. Eligible designs, colours and sizes may be
mixed. The discount shown in the basket at the time of
purchase is the applicable saving.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by
production, carriers, customs, weather or events outside
our reasonable control. Current delivery information is
available on the Shipping & Delivery page.
Problems, returns and refunds
If something is wrong with an order, contact us before
returning an item. The appropriate remedy depends on the
circumstances, product condition and applicable consumer
law.
Intellectual property
All Minds Club branding, original artwork, written
content and other protected material may not be copied,
reproduced or commercially used without permission,
except where law permits.
Nothing here removes your consumer rights
These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot
legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer
law.
